compareairportparkingprices.com is operated by [Your Company Name] Ltd ([Company No. 00000000]), registered office [Street Address], [Town], [Postcode], United Kingdom. We are a comparison and booking agent. Parking services are provided by independent parking operators ("Providers").
When you book, you enter a contract with the Provider for parking services, and with us for the booking service and any extras. Your booking is confirmed once payment is taken and a booking reference is issued.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. The total shown before payment includes the parking price, booking fee and any extras you choose. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You can ask to change your booking by contacting us with your booking reference. Changes depend on availability and may change the price.
If you bought Cancellation Cover, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your drop-off time and receive a refund of the parking price (booking fee and extras are non-refundable). Without Cancellation Cover, refunds depend on the Provider's terms. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of drop-off, or not used, are not refundable.
If you return later than booked, the Provider may charge for the extra time unless you bought Late Return Cover, which covers delays of up to 24 hours caused by your flight.
You must give accurate details, including your vehicle registration and flight details, arrive at the time you booked, and follow the Provider's instructions. Remove valuables from your vehicle.
Providers are responsible for the care of your vehicle while it is in their possession and must hold suitable insurance. Our liability is limited to the booking service we provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Contact us first at help@compareairportparkingprices.com with your booking reference. We will help resolve any issue with the Provider and reply within 5 working days.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
