Ten things to check before you leave home so your parking goes smoothly from drop-off to pick-up.
Before you leave
Have your booking reference saved on your phone and printed. Save the provider's phone number. Check your terminal. Take your house key off the car key ring if you're using Meet & Greet.
At drop-off
Take photos of your car from all four sides and note the mileage. Remove valuables and toll tags. Make sure the provider has your return flight number.
On your return
For Meet & Greet, call the provider as soon as you land and again once you've collected your bags. For Park & Ride, follow the signs to the shuttle pick-up point.
If anything goes wrong
Report any damage before you drive away, and keep your photos. Contact us with your booking reference and we'll help you with the provider.
