Gatwick Parking: North or South Terminal?
22 April 20265 min read
Gatwick has two terminals and many car parks. Here's how to make sure you park in the right place.
Check your terminal first
Your booking confirmation or airline app will tell you which terminal you fly from. easyJet uses both the North and South terminals, so check every time even if you fly with them often.
If you park at the wrong one
A free inter-terminal shuttle runs every few minutes and takes about two minutes, so the wrong terminal isn't a disaster. Still, allow an extra 15 minutes at busy times.
The cheapest options at Gatwick
Off-airport Park & Ride sites near Crawley and Horley are usually the lowest-priced. Gatwick's own long-stay car parks are a good middle ground, with frequent shuttles.
Drop-off costs
Gatwick charges £10 for up to 10 minutes at the forecourt, and £1 for every minute after that. For a return trip, pre-booked parking often costs about the same.
